There are four main ways to join the CARL community and contribute to the library:
1. Talk about your experiences
Leave comments, give feedback, and ask questions. CARL is a community, and we’re all working towards the same goal: saving the planet and ourselves by transforming how we work. CARL is only useful if its recommendations are realistic and practical. Let us know what things are like in your neck of the woods! Each section of CARL has a comment section. If you would like to propose new job guides and topics, please contact us.
2. Share your climate action story
Have you used your role at work to advance sustainability initiatives? Or perhaps you reduced the environmental footprint of your work.
If so, we would love to feature it as a case study or on the blog, to help inspire others. Please fill out this form and we’ll get back to you soon.
3. Help create a climate action resource
Each job resource on CARL is created by people who have worked in those jobs. We meet three times over the course of a month to brainstorm and select the top 5 actions for the job. If you’re interested in learning about sustainability and meeting likeminded people, sign up here.
4. Help build the Carl platform
We’re currently looking for a volunteers who have skills in WordPress development, design, and editing — or a willingness to learn! Check out current openings & application instructions here.
